How we build a therapy plan for your child

Parents often arrive with one question: where do we start? Our answer is never a package of sessions. It is a plan built on what we actually observe about your child.

We listen before we assess

The first consultation is mostly you talking. Your child's history, what worries you, what they love, what a difficult morning looks like. You know your child better than any test does, and that information shapes what we assess.

Assessment and observation, not guesswork

We assess communication, motor skills, learning, sensory processing, play and daily living, then observe your child in less structured moments too. Children behave differently in a formal task and in free play, and both tell us something useful.

Goals you can actually see

A goal like 'improve speech' cannot be measured. 'Uses two-word requests for five familiar items at home' can. Every plan gets goals in that form, reviewed with you every 8 to 12 weeks so progress is visible rather than promised.

The plan lives at home too

Therapy is an hour; life is the rest of the week. So every plan includes what you will do in ordinary routines, bath time, the drive to school, dinner, because that is where skills become permanent.
